While Lite offers the essentials, we recommend to start with BASIC because of its advanced reporting, integrations, content optimization and greater number of interactions. Our PRO membership will also include a marketing module and Live Chat License.
Yes, you can. For example, you can buy extra languages and additional chats. You can even upgrade as you go. For instance, start with Lite and then upgrade when you need more topics or features. Noteworthy, if you exceed 200 chats/month with the Lite chatbot plan, we will charge for the additional chats (if any). That is why, we recommend starting with BASIC straight away.
First, claim your FREE trial (or request a quote for the PRO plan). Second, we set a 45 minutes online meeting to talk about the bot features. Third, we build the content and the bot while you sit back and wait. We will deliver your hotel chatbot at an agreed date.
If you take a standard package there is NO setup fee. However, if the package includes adjustments, there can be one depending on the changes. But reasonable one! It varies according the hotel’s size and plan selected. This fee is paid after the FREE trial. Put simply, getting started costs you nothing!
